The Florida State University Department of History invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in the history of the Hispanic/Iberian Caribbean world, seventeenth through twentieth centuries. The areas of specialization are open. Successful candidates will be expected to work with the department’s diverse group of undergraduate and graduate students. Initial interviews will be conducted via Skype. The appointment will begin in August 2017.
PhD must be in hand by start of appointment.
